2025 - Registration Details

2nd International Congress on Innovative Approaches in Health Sciences (Innova Health 2025) on 25-27 September 2025 in the capital of Serbia Belgradeface-to-face and optionally at Online Presentation  will be realised with options.

INNOVA HEALTH 2025, which will be held in Belgrade, one of the most magnificent cities in Europe, has limited participation quotas in order to provide our participants with an unforgettable and productive congress experience.

Face-to-face participation: 60 people
Online participation: 100 people

• • • A digital certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who attend the congress.
    • Participants with papers can complete their registration through the registration system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.
    • The registration fee includes 1 oral or poster presentation. For participants who wish to submit additional papers, each additional paper is 30 Euro.
    • All participants who will attend the congress must pay the participation fee.
    • Only those who have paid the registration fee, registered and made their presentations will be given a certificate of participation.
    • Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate if they pay the registration fee through the registration system.
    • You can also benefit from the congress facilities by participating in our congress as a listener.
    • Participants without a paper can complete their registration via the registration system.

Registration and Participation Fees

• Face-to-Face Congress Participation Package with Accommodation 500 Euro per person
• • • 3 nights accommodation in the congress hotel; breakfast included. (In a room for 2 persons, a roommate can be selected.)
    • Airport-Hotel and Hotel-Airport pick-up and transfers.
    • Participation in scientific sessions and inclusion in the congress proceedings book
    • Congress Bag (Congress bag, gift/memorial, name badge and lanyard)
    • 2 coffee breaks and various treats and gifts in the congress foyer area
    • Fees include VAT and Accommodation/Tourism Taxes charged by the hotel.
    • Detailed information for our participants who want to come with a companion is given in the notes below.
• Face-to-Face Participation without accommodation 100 Euro

• Online Participation 60 Euro

Notes

• Participants must provide their own flight tickets. Transport page detailed information is included.
• Accompanying person fee is 400 Euro. The fee includes 3 nights accommodation in a double room in the congress hotel, breakfast, two-way transfer, coffee break. Fees include VAT and Accommodation/Tourism Taxes collected by the hotel.
• Family room charges are different and you can contact ajenta during registration for your requests.
• You can pay the entire registration fee by direct transfer from our system or you can pay in instalments offered by the bank.
• Payments can be made in Euros or TL.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Accommodation cancellation requests should be notified to ATLAX by e-mail.
• refund will be made for cancellation requests made until 20 August 2025.
• From 21 August 2025, no refund will be made for cancellations.
• The organisation does not accept responsibility for any changes to be made after this date.
• All refunds will be made between 1-3 October 2025.
