Oral / Poster Presentation

• Review, research and case-case presentation type studies will be accepted to the congress.
• Studies will be evaluated as oral or poster presentations.
• Oral / poster presentations; 1. Introduction, 2. Aim, 3. Method, 4. Results, 5. Discussion and Conclusion, 6. Keywords sections.
• Keywords; first letter capitalised, with a comma between each word and no more than 5 words should be written as.
• Review studies can be written as a single paragraph ( Introduction, Objective, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion sections are not compulsory in compilation studies. Key words should be added at the bottom of the review.
• Abstracts will only be accepted via the website. Please use the abstract submission panel on the website.
• Abstracts should be written in English or Turkish within the framework of the specified rules. Presentations can be made in English or Turkish according to the preference of the participants.
• Abstract titles should be capitalised and in 12 pt. font size. The typeface in the whole paper Times New Roman should be.
• The abstract can be submitted under the above headings, excluding keywords. 300 words and should be limited with a line spacing of 1.5 lines. The text should be in Times New Roman, 12 font size, justified and 1.5 line spacing.
• References, tables, photographs, etc. should not be included in the abstract.
• The names and surnames of the authors should be written clearly. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and this author must be registered.
• Institutional information and e-mail addresses of the other authors should be provided under the title of the paper.
• The papers presented will be available on the congress website after the congress as of the specified date. PDF It will be available through the Congress Book, which will be published in format.
• All papers are evaluated by a double blind peer review process.
• Even if the registration process is completed, the papers that are not presented will not be included in the Congress Book.
• All participants are responsible and liable for the studies they submit to our congress. In case of ethical, legal and other problems that may arise, all liability unilaterally belongs to the authors. Our congress reserves all legal and other rights against such negativities.
• The studies submitted to our congress must not have been presented and/or published in another congress before.
